Set beneath Mount Erymanthus in Achaia, Villa Elenas brings together Tuscan-inspired architecture, Mediterranean gardens and five generations of family history.
Spanning approximately 15 acres, the estate combines landscaped grounds, mature olive trees and woodland. Once family pastureland, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a villa and gardens shaped by the owner’s travels, collections and personal vision.
The surrounding region is associated with Hercules’ Fourth Labor—the capture of the Erymanthian Boar. Depicted on the family crest, the boar connects the estate’s identity with the mythology of its landscape.
Today, Villa Elenas provides a distinctive setting for weddings, private celebrations and creative productions. From cypress-lined paths to garden dining areas, its different spaces offer possibilities for both intimate gatherings and larger events, with the architecture and landscape providing a backdrop throughout.

A well-travelled collector, George Davlas has shaped Villa Elenas through his appreciation for art, architecture and gardens. Objects gathered over a lifetime of travel sit among the planting, giving the estate a character that reflects his personal taste.
Around the property’s mature olive trees, he introduced cypress-lined paths, a small vineyard and rose gardens. Wisteria-covered arbors shelter hydrangeas and outdoor dining areas, while a garden path leads towards a small creek.
Lemon, orange and pomegranate trees, together with a tucked-away vegetable garden, preserve the estate’s connection to its agricultural roots. His care for the grounds has transformed the family property into the setting visitors experience today.
